OFFICE SERVICES ASSOCIATE
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Services Associate to oversee daily office services operations and provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of office services professionals. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing workflow priorities, and maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment.
Essential Job Functions
Team Leadership & Operations
- Provide daily direction, support, and guidance to Office Services Associates.
- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines and service expectations are consistently met.
- Support training and onboarding of new team members.
- As a resource for team members by assisting with questions, troubleshooting, and operational needs.
- Promote a collaborative, customer-focused team environment.
Office Services Support
- Oversee daily office services functions, including mail, shipping, copying, printing, scanning, and document handling.
- Ensure incoming mail, packages, and deliveries are received, processed, and distributed accurately.
- Manage outgoing shipments, courier requests, and vendor coordination.
- Affiliate with office moves, conference room setups, supply management, and workplace requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Customer Service & Client Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
- Respond to service requests promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Quality Control & Process Management
- Monitor service quality and ensure work meets established standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment.
- Track completed tasks, service requests, and operational activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office services, workplace services, facilities support, hospitality, mailroom, or related administrative operations.
Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees and clients.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a law firm, corporate office, or professional services environment preferred.

Pay
$27.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
