About the role
The Office Services Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily office functions by delivering high-quality support across back-office services, hospitality, mail handling, and reprographics. This role is essential in maintaining a professional, organized, and service-driven workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform reprographics tasks including printing, copying, scanning, and binding
- Serve as a reliable point of support for internal teams
- Support front-of-house hospitality services including meeting room setup and upkeep
- Maintain stocked and organized office supply and break areas
- Assist with office moves, workspace setup, and general facilities support
- Respond to basic service requests and escalate issues as needed
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Ensure shared spaces remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide backup support to reception or front desk functions when needed
- Aid with special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in office services, hospitality, facilities, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) preferred
- Professional, dependable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
