Office Services Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide professional customer service
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and visitors
  • Distribute incoming mail and support office communications
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and office records
  • Compile, copy, sort, scan, and file business documents
  • Enter, review, and verify data for accuracy
  • Track office inventory and assist with supply management
  • Support payroll record maintenance and administrative reporting
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
