Description
This coordinator level position will serve as a utility team member. The role will include inventory audit coordination with assigned territory and district managers from our sales team, as well as serving a key role in variance resolution.
- Processing requests for inventory returns
- Processing units out of managed inventory locations
- Performing inventory transfers
- Variety of data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Physical inventory handling
- Specific attention to details
- The ability to perform several different jobs over the course of a work day/week
Education and/or Experience
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of business operations or business process experience
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of inventory management and order processes and systems
- Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work
- Intermediate knowledge of Spreadsheet, word processing, and database software, with a Windows based environment
