Description

This coordinator level position will serve as a utility team member. The role will include inventory audit coordination with assigned territory and district managers from our sales team, as well as serving a key role in variance resolution.

  • Processing requests for inventory returns
  • Processing units out of managed inventory locations
  • Performing inventory transfers
  • Variety of data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks

Skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Physical inventory handling
  • Specific attention to details
  • The ability to perform several different jobs over the course of a work day/week

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma
  • 2+ years of business operations or business process experience
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of inventory management and order processes and systems
  • Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work
  • Intermediate knowledge of Spreadsheet, word processing, and database software, with a Windows based environment
