About the role

RRD provides marketing, packaging, print, and business services to the world’s most respected brands. The Office Service Associate adds value by delivering daily back-office services for our client and teams, including reprographics (copy) and mail services in both physical and digital environments. Support extends to hospitality, facilities, audio/visual, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate logs for all office services work (*essential function).
  • Ensure job tickets are properly filled out before beginning work.
  • Perform office services—primarily reprographics, mail, and intake—according to established procedures.
  • Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
  • Communicate with supervisor or client on job or deadline issues.
  • Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
  • Prioritize workflow and perform Quality Assurance on own and others’ work.
  • Load machines with paper, toner, and supplies.
  • Answer telephone, emails, and place service calls as needed.
  • Interact with clients in person, by phone, or electronically.
  • Adhere to Williams Lea policies and client-site policies.
  • Use equipment and supplies in a cost-efficient manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics, and mail equipment.
  • Familiarity with general back-office procedures to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Proven customer service skills to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
  • Able to make independent decisions that conform to business needs and policy.
  • Good problem-solving skills; knows when to escalate issues to a supervisor.
  • Works well in a team environment and interacts effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.

Pay

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.88–$24.28 per hour. Starting pay is determined by relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, total compensation may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
