Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Arrange meetings and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of administrative support experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with project management tools
