Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
  • Aid with billing and invoicing tasks
  • Support new sales efforts

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
