About the role

This position requires a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing degree and at least two years of relevant home care experience. The nurse must hold an active NYS license and current registration to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality home care services to patients, ensuring their health needs are met effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, with Level 4 access to all patient information.
• Operate in a safe, well-maintained environment within a healthcare setting, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered as a professional nurse in NYS.
• Experience in home care or similar healthcare environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
