Office Representative
About the Role
This is a Contract to Hire, entry-level position based in Fairfield, IA. The role is fully onsite and supports financial professionals and clients with operational and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Provide service related to incoming paperwork, account information, and distributions.
- Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures.
- Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop and apply understanding of policies and procedures in daily work.
- Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values.
- Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates, streamlining processes.
- Organize document coordination using departmental database software, including documents scanned by the mailroom or submitted via web capture by clients.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50 per hour.
