Responsibilities

• Remove existing structures, flooring, walls, and fixtures
• Protect adjacent flooring and walls with plastic sheeting
• Disconnect and cap water supply and drain connections
• Remove existing toilet, vanity, sink, and faucet
• Remove shower/tub unit and hardware
• Remove wall tile, floor tile, and backer board
• Remove drywall in wet areas down to studs
• Inspect framing for water damage, rot, or mold
• Remove existing electrical fixtures
• Haul all demolition debris
• Broom-clean and prepare for rough-in work
