Responsibilities

• Inspect tile grout lines

• Check vanity doors and drawers
• Test exhaust fan operation
• Touch up paint imperfections
• Create and address punch list
• Deep clean all surfaces
• Obtain final building inspection
• Provide warranty and maintenance information
