Serenity is seeking a receptionist for our University Park, TX office. The position is customer-focused, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional experience for our clients. The role involves updating and verifying customer information, helping customers feel valued, answering questions, addressing concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience, and rotating through various office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Update and verify customer information upon each visit
- Create rapport with customers, remember their names, interests, and stories
- Address questions and concerns while respecting boundaries and being sensitive to individual challenges
- Provide support and compassion to ensure a positive customer experience
- Rotate through other various office tasks throughout the day
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- One year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry
