Responsibilities
- Update and verify customer information upon each visit
- Create rapport with customers by remembering their names, interests, and stories
- Address customer concerns and questions while respecting their boundaries and sensitively handling their challenges
- Provide a positive customer experience by offering support and compassion
- Rotate through various office tasks throughout the day
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- One year of full-time customer service experience, reception, or personal customer service industry
