Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a friendly and personable individual who can provide a warm welcome to all visitors and help maintain office operations for our employees.

Job Description

  • Updates visitor calendar and maintains security by following procedures for visitors
  • Manage 2 multi-system landlines and properly route calls to correct personnel
  • Manage all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, and creating shipping labels as needed
  • Become a liaison for office vendors and property management
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and conference rooms before and after each use
  • Assist HR with New Hire Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Assist with company catering orders and events
  • Manage internal meeting calendar
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as assigned
  • Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year work experience in office or similar roles are preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and visitors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented when performing administrative duties
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
