About The Role
We are looking for a professional and organized Office Receptionist to join our Los Angeles team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
- Manage front desk operations and office organization
- Handle data entry, filing, and administrative support tasks
- Affort office supply inventory and ordering
- Support internal departments with clerical duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and professional reception area
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus but not required
