About the role
Manage the full patient lifecycle by greeting visitors, handling check-in/out, and scheduling or confirming appointments. Secure necessary documentation, verify patient demographics, and obtain insurance authorizations or precertifications. Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances and reconcile reports and deposits to ensure financial accuracy. Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide essential clerical support.

Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable

Schedule
The schedule is part-time 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with varying days and no weekends or holidays.
