Office Operations Assistant Float
About the role
Greet patients and visitors, manage the check-in and check-out process. Verify and input patient demographic data, and manage obtaining and verifying insurance authorizations and referrals. Efficiently handle medical record release requests and coordinate the scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments. Submit daily charges for procedures, and manage the collection of co-payments, including the daily reconciliation of reports and deposits. Provide flexible and reliable general administrative and clerical support to various functions within the assigned area.

Requirements
- A high school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
Qualifications
- One year of medical office experience.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
