Office Operations Assistant
Patient Intake and Care Coordination
Welcome visitors, manage check-in/out workflows, and schedule patient appointments to maintain an efficient clinic schedule.
Data Integrity and Compliance
Verify and update demographic records while processing medical release requests in strict compliance with privacy regulations.
Insurance Optimization
Secure necessary insurance authorizations and precertifications ahead of time to minimize coverage denials and delays.
Revenue Cycle Management
- Process and submit daily clinical procedure charges
- Manage point-of-service co-payments
Financial Reconciliation
- Balance daily financial logs
- Process credit transactions
- Reconcile cash drawer deposits with high accuracy
Education
A high school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
Qualifications
- Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
