We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, accommodations, criminal history check, etc). Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, etc. Must not create sections like Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. Let's see what content we have: - Position Overview: description about OCE, vision, internship program, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the role" section. - Job Duties: list of duties: supporting field visits, assisting with design work, engaging in customer service, conducting research, participating in community outreach, performing administrative or project management duties. Also mentoring and professional development opportunities. - Requirements: Education: mandatory attendance dates, currently enrolled in college/university working toward a degree in certain fields, completed minimum two years of study, completed minimum 12 credit hours of coursework specific to declared major. Experience: provide resume listing classes taken, software competency, other relevant skills or experience; also must submit cover letter, writing sample, unofficial transcript, letter of recommendation, include any additional info such as previous military service. - Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs): Applicants must be 18 or older; possess a valid driver's license; excellent written and verbal communication skills; attentive to detail; effective problem-solving; excellent organizational, time management, customer service skills; ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks. - General Information: COMMITMENT: full-time, 40-hour workweek, 8 hours per day Monday-Friday, business casual attire mandatory, all positions in-person, applicants must be available for entire program. Program Policies: only one applicant per family unit may be accepted for Spring 2027 cohort; participants responsible for own transportation; must have reliable transportation; public transportation encouraged; all interns must have a valid driver's license; interns expected to complete full internship; early departure results in dismissal, must wait one year to reapply; leave requests must be submitted to supervisor and EES; location: 1111 Fannin Street, Houston, Texas; Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday; work hours subject to change and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays. Physical Demands: frequent standing and walking; extended periods of sitting; frequent bending, reaching, lifting items up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds; regular use of computer monitor; occasional handling of documents, books, files, materials. Working Environment: field visits may require walking on rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; interns must be willing to work in various weather conditions during field visits, including exposure to heat, cold, wind, moisture, air pollution, dust. Employment may be contingent on passing a drug screen and meeting other standards. Due to high volume of applications positions may close prior to advertised closing date or at discretion of Hiring Department. We need to decide which sections to include. The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to decide which sections have real specific content. - About the role: we have Position Overview describing OCE, vision, internship program. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: we have Job Duties describing tasks. That's substantive. - Requirements: we have Education and Experience details. That's substantive. - Qualifications: maybe we could combine KSAs? The instructions list Qualifications as a possible heading. The KSAs could be considered Qualifications or Skills. We have Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) which is essentially qualifications/skills. Could put under Skills or Qualifications. Since they ask to prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones, we might combine KSAs into Skills section. Or we could have Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (KSAs). Benefits: none mentioned (no benefits like health insurance, stipend, etc). Pay: none mentioned. Schedule: we have work hours details (8-5 M-F, 40-hour week, etc). That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section. But we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Schedule is stated: work hours, commitment, etc. So we can include Schedule. Benefits: not mentioned (no mention of stipend, etc). So we should not include Benefits. Pay: not mentioned. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills (or Qualifications), Schedule. We need to decide whether to use Qualifications or Skills. The KSAs are skills and abilities. Could label as Skills. Or we could label as Qualifications (education/experience already in Requirements). Since they gave both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings, we could put education/experience under Requirements, and KSAs under Qualifications. That seems logical. Thus sections: - About the role (Position Overview) - Responsibilities (Job Duties) - Requirements (Education + Experience) - Qualifications (KSAs) - Schedule (Commitment, Work Hours, Location, etc.) We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Internship Program" etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Need to include details like dates (Dec 28, 2026 through Apr 30, 2027), fields of study, credit hours, etc. Also include requirement to submit cover letter, writing sample, transcript, letter of recommendation, etc. Also include KSAs details. Also include schedule details: full-time, 40-hour week, 8 hours per day M-F, business casual attire, in-person, location, work hours subject to change, etc. Also include program policies: only one per family unit, transportation, driver's license, must complete full internship, early departure dismissal, leave requests, etc. Also physical demands and working environment. Also note about drug screen, etc. Also note about positions may close early. We must remove boilerplate: EEO link, accommodations phone/email, criminal history check statement, maybe also the "NOTE: Qualifying education..."? That's part of requirements; we should keep it as it's substantive. Also "See Resume" note is part of requirements; keep. We must remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicate statements about driver's license etc. We'll consolidate. We must not include application instructions? The instructions say remove application instructions. However, the requirement to submit cover letter, writing sample, transcript, letter of recommendation is part of the application requirements; is that considered application instructions? It's part of what candidates must submit. The instruction says remove application instructions. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. The line "In addition to a completed application, candidates must submit the following: Cover Letter ... Writing Sample. Unofficial Transcript. Letter of Recommendation. Include any additional information, such as previous military service." That is substantive about what to submit. Is that considered application instructions? Possibly yes, but it's also part of requirements. The instruction says remove application instructions, but we need to preserve substantive info. I'd interpret that we should keep the list of required documents as part of Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction to remove application instructions likely refers to things like "To apply, visit ...", "Click here to apply", etc. The list of required documents is part of the qualifications. So we keep it. We must also remove duplicated lines: e.g., "All interns must have a valid driver’s license." appears twice (once in KSAs and again in Program Policies). We'll keep once. Now produce HTML. Structure:

    About the role

    ... (position overview)

    Responsibilities

    • ...
    • ...
