About the role
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office, including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of office management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with QuickBooks accounting software
