About the role

The Office Manager supports the Continuing Care leadership at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This role serves as the personal and confidential office manager to the Director of Nursing and the Continuing Care Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support services for Continuing Care, meeting or exceeding service standards.
  • Serves as personal, confidential office manager to the Director of Nursing and Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Maintains and contributes to efficient daily operations of the Administration and Nursing office(s) as assigned.
  • Schedules and provides support for Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and as needed meetings.
  • Printing and distributing financial reports.
  • Maintaining a confidential filing system.
  • Managing a budget, preparing/coding invoices for approval promptly.
  • Serving as editor of a monthly newsletter for continuing care.
  • Maintaining binder of vendor contracts.
  • Participating on the Survey Team per established guidelines.

Requirements

  • Great organizational skills.
  • Solid Windows Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Execution mindset (critical thinking skillset).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Solid self-initiative.
  • 5+ years experience in an executive support role.
  • Executive Presence and Leadership Impact.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay

$31 - 37 per hour based on experience, plus eligibility for annual bonus
