Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to the President, including scheduling, correspondence, phones, filing, and general assistance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, including building management, vendors, supplies, maintenance, and office organization
- Cook up office needs such as catering, lunches, supplies, mail, and general administrative services
- Work closely with the firm’s HR team on employee paperwork, benefits, and other HR-related administrative matters
- Prepare, format, and edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe experience is a plus
- Aid with operational and financial administrative tasks
- Answer phones, coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, and provide general administrative support as needed
- Take ownership of miscellaneous projects and tasks across the office — willingness to do a little of everything is essential
- Occasionally monitor email and phone over weekends in case an urgent office matter arises
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of administrative office experience in corporate or professional services required
- Significant experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Administrative, Operations, or similar professional services role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe experience strongly preferred
- Finance, investment management, financial services, or other corporate/professional services experience preferred
- Must be comfortable working four days per week in the office, with Fridays flexible/remote
