Your tasks
- Oversee general office operations and report to Office Manager Supervisor
- Greet visitors and ensure the highest level of hospitality
- Collaborate and establish relationships across the business enterprise
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Issue purchase orders, track order status
- Liaise with Facility Manager and vendors
- Understand requirements for meetings and seminars as well as time constraints. Plan for meals as needed while maintaining budget.
- Aid with the general security of the building; communicate company policies to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Act as first responder regarding alarms, spills and facility needs, and contact Facility Manager / vendor in a timely manner.
- Respond to requests from employees regarding facility problems and be responsive to suggestions
- Handle daily shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain an orderly front office area, kitchen area, and conference rooms
- Order/backfill snacks and beverages as well as breakroom supplies
- Stay attuned to what is happening in the company as a whole and assist internal stakeholders and visitors as needed.
