Position Overview
The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, support field staff, and ensure efficient communication between customers, technicians, and management. This role is essential to keeping the business organized and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
- Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping
- Maintain organized records, files, and documents
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Aid with payroll and employee records (as needed)
- Support management with reports and general office tasks
Qualifications
- Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and stay detail-oriented
