Specific Responsibilities of the Office Manager
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Maintain the lobby and Main Office
- Maintain school supplies and storage
- Support finance and bookkeeping functions
- Support key operational systems
- Collect and enter student and teacher data for state reporting and payroll
- Serve as a productive member of the BVP community
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of office experience, preferably in an education agency
- College degree strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Excellent computer skills in programs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Maturity and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with scholars, parents, colleagues, and community members
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Associates preferred
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Background in data analytics, office management
- Bilingual Spanish required
