Compensation and Benefits

KIPP Nashville offers competitive compensation packages, starting at $55,070 for first-year teachers with a bachelor's degree and $60,695 for those with a master's degree. Salaries are adjusted based on experience. Staff members receive annual raises and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, supplemental insurance, and life insurance. The vacation package includes 29 paid days, with an additional 2 days after every 2 consecutive years of employment. Eligible staff members receive unused PTO payments at the end of the fiscal year.

Additional Information

Teachers are provided with laptop computers and access to the internet for job responsibilities. The Master Teacher Program is available after two consecutive years of employment, offering a $5,000 stipend and $2,000 towards professional development.
