Office Manager
About the Role
This is an in-office role, four days a week, and a great entry point into the tech startup world for someone hungry to learn and grow. You'll keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly, manage our vendors and building relationships, and help make Zenity a great place to work every day.
I'm Tal Adar, the hiring manager for this role. I joined Zenity because I'm genuinely excited to grow the team, advance our vision, and push the technology forward. What drew me here was the caliber of the leadership team and a deep belief in what we're building—helping enterprises work more effectively in an AI-driven world. As a leader, I value end-to-end ownership, accountability, and a relentless drive to improve, whether something is broken or simply has room to be better. Collaboration is core to how I work, and I bring that same expectation to everyone on the team. We operate with urgency and high standards, and I look for people who take real ownership, communicate proactively, and never stop asking how we can do it better.
