Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and direct clients, volunteers, and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary to department program staff
- Provide clerical support such as assorting, and distributing mail/packages, preparing documents, and scheduling meeting rooms
- Support HR Department with clerical work including access badges, nametags, business cards
- Support Accounting department with basic AP support, document management, and other duties
- Support Advancement team by performing clerical work including writing thank you notes
- Support Building team by generating weekly A/P Transmittals and serving as general building communications hub
Working Conditions And Physical Requirements
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to speak and hear.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

Minimum Qualifications Of Position
- High School Diploma.
- Prior experience as a receptionist.
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications Of Position
- Associate degree in accounting, business or related field.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Experience in Trauma Informed Care.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAGE, Bill.com, Avigilon, phones.
