Office Manager

Transteck has an immediate opening for an Office Manager at our Harrisburg, PA corporate office.

About the role

Transteck, Inc. is one of the largest Freightliner dealers in the United States with 14 locations and 4 body shops. We have over 200 trained technicians, over $7,000,000 in parts inventory, and utilize state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of company bank accounts.
• Post monthly standard entries and update accordingly.
• Track all accounting reserves on a monthly basis.
• Daily cash deposit and application of A/R checks.
• Coordinate annual forecast for parts and service.
• Audit monthly parts inventory reconciliations and distribute parts trend and health reporting.
• Monthly reporting and analysis of key performance reports to managers.
• Reconciliation and analysis of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
• Pinnacle posting and reconciliation.
• Prepare consolidated income statements.
• Prepare commercial lease questionnaires.
• Assist with monthly and year-end accounting close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in an automotive or truck dealership accounting position.
• Knowledge of technical and professional principles and skills of accounting.
• Knowledge of CDK accounting software.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, management, and department heads.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Must pass background and criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen.
