For this position, CFS is recruiting on behalf of a growing and dynamic company seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and foster an organized, productive workplace.About the RoleCFS is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of a growing organization's office in Fishers, Indiana. This role is responsible for maintaining an efficient, organized, and welcoming workplace while supporting staff, coordinating administrative activities, managing office resources, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly attitude.Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.Coordinate team calendars, appointments, meetings, and conference logistics.Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, mail, and correspondence.Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation.Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.Support leadership with administrative projects and office initiatives.Ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and fully operational.Qualifications & RequirementsRequired QualificationsMinimum 4 years of experience in an Office Manager or similar administrative leadership role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.Ability to work 100% onsite in Fishers, Indiana.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing office vendors and administrative operations.Experience supporting executive leadership and coordinating meetings.Strong customer service and office management experience.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience.Full-time onsite position.Opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic organization.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Professional growth and career development opportunities.Equal Opportunity EmployerEqual Opportunity Employer: Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) and its client are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
