Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented Office Manager in Casco, WI! Sedron is a leading provider of circular waste management technologies for agricultural manure and municipal biosolids processing, deploying facilities across several North American regions. Since its founding in 2014, Sedron has pioneered innovative solutions, including the patented Varcor® system, to transform waste into clean water, organic fertilizer, and carbon-negative commodities. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, supply procurement, and equipment management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building management, office service vendors, and facilities-related issues
- Support leadership team with calendar management, travel coordination, meeting logistics, and document preparation
- Cook up onboarding logistics for new employees including workspace setup, equipment provisioning, and office orientation
- Plan and execute company events, site meetings, team celebrations, and employee recognition activities
- Manage office supply inventory and purchasing, ensuring cost-effective procurement in alignment with budget guidelines
- Maintain organized filing systems, contracts, and administrative records; support document management and retention policies
- Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries related to office facilities, policies, and administrative processes
- May provide work direction to administrative support staff or contractors
- Cook up vendor and contractor performance for office-related services
- Aid in accounts payable processing for office-related expenses and vendor invoices
- Support HR with logistics for recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Cook with IT on office technology needs including equipment setup and troubleshooting requests
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 3–6 years of office management, executive assistance, or administrative management experience
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to creating a positive office environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple competing priorities with grace
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; professional, approachable, and resourceful
- Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive administrative, HR, or financial information
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-stage company environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with office management tools and procurement systems a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; strong vendor management and problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or GED

Pay
Compensation for this role is between $25.00 - $30.00 hourly Additional pay may apply for off-shift hours, off-site work, or special assignments

This role may qualify for a discretionary bonus, recognizing outstanding contributions to team and company success
