Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized workplace.
  • Welcome visitors, answer incoming calls, and provide courteous front-office assistance to staff and guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order needed materials, and keep office supplies stocked for ongoing operations.
  • Handle accounts payable support, including reviewing invoices and preparing items for timely processing.
  • Maintain office records, correspondence, and administrative documents in an accurate and accessible manner.
  • Cook up routine clerical tasks and scheduling needs to support the church's weekday operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar support role.
  • Ability to manage reception responsibilities with a detail-oriented and service-oriented approach.
  • Working knowledge of office supply ordering, inventory tracking, and general administrative procedures.
  • Experience assisting with accounts payable or invoice processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and basic computer systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and a proven track record of supporting church operations efficiently. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence are essential.
