What You’ll Own
- Lead daily front-office and administrative operations.
- Supervise front desk, check-in, check-out, and assigned support staff.
- Ensure patients are greeted, served, scheduled, and supported professionally.
- Monitor appointment schedules and help maintain a schedule completion rate above 90%.
- Track no-shows, cancellations, open appointment slots, and provider schedule utilization.
- Partner with the Access Center to improve appointment access and fill schedule gaps.
- Monitor time to first available appointment by department and service line.
- Ensure patient registration, insurance, referral, and appointment information is accurate.
- Resolve patient concerns quickly and professionally.
- Lead daily huddles and keep the office team aligned.
- Train, coach, and hold staff accountable.
- Support front-end collections and reduce administrative errors.
- Cookordinate with clinicians, billing, access, and leadership.
- Help ensure patients move into recommended Diagnostics and treatment pathways.
- Track and report weekly KPIs to leadership.

Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical office, dental office, specialty clinic, or similar patient-facing environment.
- 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
- Experience with scheduling, patient registration, front-desk workflows, and administrative operations.
- Strong computer and communication skills.
- Previous Office Manager experience.

- Managing KPIs or weekly performance dashboards.
- Experience with EMR, EHR, or practice management systems.
- Experience with insurance verification, referrals, authorizations, or front-end collections.
