We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "Join a Stable, Growing Company Where Your Leadership Makes a Difference We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and serve as a key member of our branch leadership team. This is more than a traditional office position. As the Office Manager, you will be the administrative leader of the facility, partnering directly with the General Manager to help drive operational success, support employees, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. If you enjoy leading people, creating organization, solving problems, and being a trusted resource for both employees and management, we'd love to hear from you." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. Then "What You'll Do" list: bullet points. Then "What We're Looking For": bullet points. Then "Why This Role Stands Out": bullet points. Then "Why Work at Prudential Overall Supply?" list of benefits: Competitive Pay, Comprehensive Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, 401(k) with Company Match, Profit Sharing, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Life Insurance, Consistent Schedule – Monday through Friday, Uniforms Provided, Employee Discounts, Career Growth Opportunities – We promote from within. Then "About Prudential Overall Supply": description. Then EEO boilerplate to remove. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content. - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" list. - Requirements: maybe "What We're Looking For" includes previous experience, skills, etc. Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: maybe education: High School Diploma or GED required. Also bilingual desirable. - Skills: maybe organizational, communication, etc. Could be separate. But we must not create thin sections. Prefer few substantive sections. Could combine some. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements (What We're Looking For). Qualifications (education, bilingual). Skills (maybe organizational, communication, etc.) but those are also in Requirements. Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list; we can include only those with content. Pay: posting mentions "Competitive Pay" but no specific amount. The rule: never create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It says "Competitive Pay – Your time and hard work are valued". That's a statement but not a specific number. Is that considered stating pay? It's vague but it's a statement about pay. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It says "Competitive Pay" is stated, so we can include Pay section with that line. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive Pay" is somewhat vague but it's stated. I'd include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: posting mentions "Consistent Schedule – Monday through Friday". That's a specific schedule. So include Schedule section. Benefits: there is a list of benefits. So include Benefits section. Now we need to avoid duplication. The "Why Work at Prudential Overall Supply?" includes benefits list. We'll put those under Benefits. We also have "Why This Role Stands Out" which could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not in headings list. Could be omitted or folded into About the role? Might be considered part of role description. We'll incorporate into About the role maybe as additional paragraph. We must not include EEO boilerplate. Now produce HTML:

About the role

Join a Stable, Growing Company Where Your Leadership Makes a Difference We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and serve as a key member of our branch leadership team. This is more than a traditional office position. As the Office Manager, you will be the administrative leader of the facility, partnering directly with the General Manager to help drive operational success, support employees, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. If you enjoy leading people, creating organization, solving problems, and being a trusted resource for both employees and management, we'd love to hear from you. Why This Role Stands Out: Leadership opportunity with direct exposure to branch management; Stable, year-round employment with an established industry leader; Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on daily operations and employee experience; Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization; Family-oriented culture that values teamwork, respect, and employee development.

But we need to keep the "Why This Role Stands Out" bullet points as list maybe. Could be
  • ... etc. However we already used

. Could make a list. Better: Keep responsibilities as list, requirements as list, qualifications maybe list, benefits list, pay paragraph, schedule paragraph. Let's structure:

    About the role

Join a Stable, Growing Company Where Your Leadership Makes a Difference We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and serve as a key member of our branch leadership team. This is more than a traditional office position. As the Office Manager, you will be the administrative leader of the facility, partnering directly with the General Manager to help drive operational success, support employees, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. If you enjoy leading people, creating organization, solving problems, and being a trusted resource for both employees and management, we'd love to hear from you.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and support the daily operations of the front office team.
    • Manage administrative processes that keep the branch running efficiently.
    • Oversee payroll administration and employee-related paperwork.
    • Ensure customer orders, reports, and documentation are processed accurately and on time.
    • Coordinate office workflow and provide guidance and support to office staff.
    • Serve as a key communication link between management, office personnel, and production employees.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
    • Partner with the General Manager on operational, administrative, and employee-related initiatives.
    • Help foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused workplace culture.

    Requirements

    • Previous office management, administrative leadership, or business office experience.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Payroll, employee records, and general office administration experience preferred.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
Maybe Skills not needed separate; we could omit Skills section.

    Benefits

    • Competitive Pay – Your time and hard work are valued
    • Comprehensive Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
    • 401(k) with Company Match
    • Profit Sharing – When we do well, you do well
    • Paid Time Off – Vacation, holidays, and sick time
    • Tuition Reimbursement
    • Paid Life Insurance
    • Uniforms Provided
    • Employee Discounts
    • Career Growth Opportunities – We promote from within
But note we already have Competitive Pay as a benefit; we also need Pay section. Could combine? The instruction: include Pay section only if posting states them. It does state Competitive Pay. So we could have Pay section with that line, and Benefits section with other benefits. However we risk duplication. Better to have Pay section with that line, and Benefits section with rest (excluding Competitive Pay). Let's do that. Thus:

    Pay

Competitive Pay – Your time and hard work are valued

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive Benefits Package – Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
    • 401(k) with Company Match
    • Profit Sharing – When we do well, you do well
    • Paid Time Off – Vacation, holidays, and sick time
    • Tuition Reimbursement
    • Paid Life Insurance
    • Uniforms Provided
    • Employee Discounts
    • Career Growth Opportunities – We promote from within

    Schedule

Consistent Schedule – Monday through Friday

We also need About Prudential Overall Supply description. That could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not in headings list. Could be omitted or folded into About the role as additional paragraph. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that description somewhere. Could add another paragraph under About the role after the intro. Thus About the role section could have two paragraphs: intro and company description. Let's craft:

    About the role

Join a Stable, Growing Company Where Your Leadership Makes a Difference We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and serve as a key member of our branch leadership team. This is more than a traditional office position. As the Office Manager, you will be the administrative leader of the facility, partnering directly with the General Manager to help drive operational success, support employees, and ensure exceptional service for our customers. If you enjoy leading people, creating organization, solving problems, and being a trusted resource for both employees and management, we'd love to hear from you.

Our long-tenured employees and strong customer relationships are the foundation of our continued success.

We also have "Why This Role Stands Out" bullet points. Could incorporate into About the role as a list after the paragraphs. Or we could add a separate section but not in headings list; maybe we can incorporate as a list under About the role. Let's add a
after the paragraphs for Why This Role Stands Out. Thus:

      About the role

      ...

      About Prudential Overall Supply: ...

      • Leadership opportunity with direct exposure to branch management
      • Stable, year-round employment with an established industry leader
      • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on daily operations and employee experience
      • Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization
      • Family-oriented culture that values teamwork, respect, and employee development
Now we have all sections. Check we didn't include any boilerplate: removed EEO, etc. Check we didn't repeat job title as heading. Check we didn't include Job ID. Check we didn't create thin sections: we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. That's 7 sections. Skills omitted; we could add Skills but not needed. Check we didn't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present
