BUSINESS OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR Job Requisition — Pointe Pest Control Position Summary Pointe Pest Control is seeking an organized and dependable Business Office Administrator to support daily branch operations. This role assists with scheduling, billing, customer accounts, reporting, and office administration while working closely with management, customer service, and sales teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate technician routes, service appointments, and schedule changes. Schedule sales appointments and follow up on incoming leads. Process invoices, assist with collections, and answer billing questions. Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and documents. Assist with branch reports and technician commission reporting. Maintain required compliance records and service documentation. Handle incoming and outgoing mail. Provide administrative support to management and branch teams. Qualifications Office administration or customer service experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong computer skills. Professional, dependable, and able to work well with others. Performance Expectations Complete work accurately and on time, communicate professionally, and help keep daily branch operations running smoothly.
