About the role
The role involves managing office operations, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
- Cover for absent staff and ensure continuity of work.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to maintain service agreements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the filing system, and organize meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college or vocational training in business administration or a related field is preferred.
