About the role

The role involves managing office operations, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement.
  • Cover for absent staff and ensure continuity of work.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to maintain service agreements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage the filing system, and organize meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some college or vocational training in business administration or a related field is preferred.
