About the role

Oversee day-to-day operations of the dental practice with efficiency and excellence
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members to reach their full potential
Partner with Regional Directors and HR to support staff needs, evaluations, and career growth
Lead daily morning huddles and monthly team meetings to drive alignment and engagement
Ensure provider schedules are optimized to meet production, revenue, and collection goals
Handle payroll, scheduling, and staffing to maintain smooth office operations
Resolve patient concerns with professionalism, care, and timeliness
Uphold compliance with Hudec Dental’s mission, values, and standards of care

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–4 years of management or customer service experience (healthcare management strongly preferred)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
  • Ability to lead with confidence, make independent decisions, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for developing others and creating a positive, patient-first culture
