What You'll Do
As our Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our office—ensuring our workplace operates efficiently every day.
- Managing daily office operations and administrative functions.
- Ordering, organizing, and maintaining office supplies and field supplies to keep employees equipped for success.
- Coordinating office lunches, employee celebrations, meetings, and supporting special events.
- Be the go-to contact for visitors and creating a welcoming, professional first impression.
- Supporting multiple departments with administrative projects and day-to-day needs.
- Coordinating shipping, mail, deliveries, and office/facility vendor relationships.
- Running occasional business-related errands using a company or personal vehicle as needed.
- Identifying opportunities to improve office organization, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of office administration, office management, executive support, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and packages as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to run business-related errands.
