About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office management tasks including but not limited to maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage office budget and financial records.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
  • Handle employee relations and provide support to staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an office management or administrative role.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and handle financial records.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with project management tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
