About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office management tasks including but not limited to maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
- Manage office budget and financial records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
- Handle employee relations and provide support to staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and handle financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
