Office Manager
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead the Office Services team.
- Manage all office supplies and inventory.
- Support staff with all facilities-related needs.
- Provide backup support for the Head of Facilities.
- Administer the internal access badge system.
- Manage the in-office heads-up tracker.
Employee & Visitor Experience
- Conduct office tours for visitors and new hires.
- Help deliver an exceptional workplace experience for employees and guests.
- Act as a key point of contact for office-related support and requests.
Documentation, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Create and maintain SOPs.
- Organize and prepare complex documents, reports, and briefings.
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
- Provide reporting and analytics to support efficient office operations.
Knowledge, Skills, Training & Experience
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of experience in office services management which can include reception, mailroom, general office management, or event and catering setups.
- Knowledge and Skills: Excellent organization, diary management and planning skills; Strong computer skills, with demonstrable experience of office software packages (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Zoom Workspace and Teams); High attention to detail and significant practical experience of gathering, reviewing and collating complex and confidential information.

Compensation
The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $50,000-55,000. This does not include other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and geographic location of the position.
