What You’ll Do
- Champion a patient-centered culture by modeling outstanding customer service
- Train, develop, and engage staff to ensure a welcoming experience for every patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, staff, and leadership
- Participate in regional manager meetings and lead daily huddles and monthly staff/provider meetings
- Proactively partner with the Regional Manager, meeting reporting deadlines and presenting solutions—not just problems
- Oversee daily clinic operations as a hands-on, working manager
- Support providers and staff to ensure operational and performance expectations are met
- Manage staff schedules and overtime
- Oversee inventory control and daily receipts/collections
- Ensure provider schedules are accurate, efficient, and fully optimized
- Implement new company initiatives at the practice level
- Troubleshoot issues and make timely, solution-focused decisions
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
- Willingness to support the office in whatever capacity is needed for success
