Greeting Walk-Ins
Greet all walk-ins.
Ensuring Front Desk Staffing
- Ensure the front desk is staffed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Office and Kitchen Inventory Tasks
- Process incoming and outgoing mail daily.
- Process checks and keep a check log.
- Check stock and keep inventory for kitchen supplies.
- Check stock and keep inventory for office supplies.
- Order office and kitchen supplies as needed.
Administrative Functions
- Organize mail and supply room.
- Organize kitchen and lounge.
- Maintain inventory of storage boxes.
- Process and track ARC applications.
- Process and track key/fob/parking pass distribution.
- Scan violation responses to shared mailbox.
- Scan insurance mail to shared mailbox.
- Maintain meeting room calendars.
- Maintain company and board meeting calendars.
- Produce slide deck for monthly staff meeting.
- Branch event planning (Vendor Fair, Appreciation events, etc.).
- Branch point of contact for annual Associa Cares golf tournament.
- Special projects, as assigned by executive team.
- Schedule front desk coverage on a monthly calendar.
- Handle TownSq requests for assigned clients.
- Prepare new homeowner welcome packets.
- Return mail processing in accordance with WDO policy.
- Maintain company calendar.
- Manage branch social media postings.
- Schedule vendor meet & greet events with VP.
- Other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Full-time role.
- Compensation: $25.00/hour; direct experience highly considered.
