About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive office manager to keep our daily operations running smoothly. In this role, you will manage essential administrative tasks, handle logistics, and maintain a clean and welcoming office environment. Responsibilities
- Manage logistics operations, including picking up packages, ordering parts, and coordinating shipments and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished as needed
- Perform light office intra-day upkeep outside of normal cleanings
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with appointment management for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, communications, and general front-desk inquiries
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files, records, and documentation, including maintaining information for cyber and physical compliance
- Support team members with administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as needed
- Help coordinate meetings, team events, and office activities
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or logistics role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general scheduling software
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for running errands and picking up packages
- A self-starter attitude with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, technology, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with inventory management or procurement processes
- Interest in drone technology, public safety, or emerging tech industries

Pay
Compensation Range: $60K - $80K
