About the role
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office, including managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage office scheduling and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare reports and documents as required
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of office management experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
