About the role

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of the office, including managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Manage office scheduling and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
  • Prepare reports and documents as required
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of office management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with HR systems and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of legal requirements related to employment practices
