Office & Facilities Coordinator - Pay starting at $29.45/hr

What You Will Do

• Manages scheduling and coordination of events related to general operations of assigned facilities.
• Manage office security protocols and access.
• Order and manage kitchen and office supplies, including vendor relationships and stocking.
• Serve as the IT liaison for office-related issues (e.g., Wi-Fi outages, IT supplies, IT closet).
• Cookordinate local onboarding for new hires, including IT equipment setup and site information.
• Aid employees with navigating benefits enrollment and LMS training.
• Aid with tracking equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.
• Coordinate participation in safety training programs facilitated through Stryker Corporate.

What You Need

• Required:
• 2+ years’ of relevant experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• PREFERRED:
• Strong customer service mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with external vendors
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision, using sound judgment to prioritize and problem-solve

Pay

29.45 - 40.42 USD Hourly
