Essential Functions
- Demonstrates and meets competencies and skills as outlined in the the departmental skills/competency checklist annually.
- Plans, prioritize, and coordinate the work of others;
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Maintains quality control standards;
- Identify problems and recommend solutions and correct errors;
- Communicate effectively verbally and in written form.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1-2 Years Of Healthcare Experience (preferred)
- 1-2 years of extensive customer service experience (preferred)
- Experience in multiple areas of pre-access (scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance) preferred.
Skills
- BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (required)
Pay & Benefits
Range: Minimum: $18.11 Maximum: $27.17
