Essential Functions

  • Demonstrates and meets competencies and skills as outlined in the the departmental skills/competency checklist annually.
  • Plans, prioritize, and coordinate the work of others;
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Maintains quality control standards;
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions and correct errors;
  • Communicate effectively verbally and in written form.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 1-2 Years Of Healthcare Experience (preferred)
  • 1-2 years of extensive customer service experience (preferred)
  • Experience in multiple areas of pre-access (scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance) preferred.

Skills

  • BLS Basic Life Support – American Heart Association (required)

Pay & Benefits

Range: Minimum: $18.11 Maximum: $27.17
