Responsibilities

• Using SCDOR systems to locate and update information
• Generating and answering telephone calls and correspondence for the tax areas of Individual Income and Governmental Enterprise Accounts Receivable (GEAR)
• Conducting research of Office Collections accounts to balance accounts, determine liabilities, and issue appropriate correspondence
• Performing general collections duties to include the setup
