About the role
Manny G Motors is seeking an experienced Office Receptionist/Collections/Insurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive industry and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth office operations
- Aid with data entry
- Maintain a filing system
- Log in notes to every account working in DMS
- Submit daily activity report of FRAZER
- Submit weekly and monthly report of FRAZER (Collections)
- Verify insurance information for clients and maintain accurate records
- Contact insurance providers and clients to collect outstanding information or payments
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Update databases and documentation as needed
- Aid with administrative support tasks as required
- Absorb and clean personal office space and other parts of the office at the end of your work day
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is mandatory
Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Hourly rate based on experience
