About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Ensure all customer interactions are positive and exceed expectations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
