About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the initial point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are positive and exceed expectations.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
