Job Responsibilities
- Process all types of incoming and outgoing mail, including interoffice, electronic, and U.S. external correspondence.
- Answer telephone calls (internal and external), provide information/guidance, resolve inquiries, redirect calls if necessary, or take messages.
- Review and process invoices and payment requests.
- Sort and file all types of company documents and maintain appropriate filing systems.
- Copy and scan documents.
- Order general office supplies.
- Schedule meetings and book conference rooms.
- Data entry into specific business unit application programs.
- Process returned checks.
- Run various reports as needed.
- Maintain sales and revenue spreadsheets and financial records.
- Back up Business Info Clerk and Records Analysis Clerk as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- This position may require unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation.
